I have been waiting for well over three and half hours for my order, I received an email saying that there was an issue with my dodo code and spent 2/3 hours trying to get though to the customer support wich a good half an hour to get though to wich most of the time I got cut off because it took to long. I’ve given up, I’ve use this before and had no issues I’m not sure why it’s been so bad today. Dec 02, 2023

The website is really easy to use and quite cheap to buy, at first I thought it took awhile to deliver because I didn’t check my emails but when I checked I realised I didn’t have any so I checked my spam inbox saying there was a problem with my dodo code. I went to live chat to update them and Ken was very helpful and delivered instantaneously. I’ll definitely buy from here again :) Nov 13, 2023

I was kinda insecure first, whether it might be scam or not. But it is not. By big order with round about 80 DIYs came within an hour. I am attisfied. The only kinda negative thing to mention that the live chat wasn't available when I had a question. But everything worked fine. Nov 09, 2023

incredibly dissatisfied. had to wait over an hour initially, and asked for a refund before anyone came to my island. then when i tried again i got my items, and then the ‘24/7’ chat disappeared before i could arrange a villager delivery. will not be using again. Nov 08, 2023
