Ordered from here many times and i’ve never had to wait longer than an hour, amazing service. However my latest order never showed up. Live chat doesn’t work, whatsapp customer service number doesn’t exist. I finally got through to customer service on email and they replied very fast and assured me they will deliver it asap. Once again stayed up for 4 hours waiting and no one arrived. They have stopped replying to my emails and you won’t be able to get a refund directly from them as they prefer to just resend the items. In the end I got it refunded through my bank, but I won’t be ordering from here again. A real shame. Aug 22, 2024

took almost 2 hours to arrive. I messaged on chat to ask how long it would take and they promised between 20-50 minutes, when i said i was in a rush they told me they would push my order through quicker. I was very grateful but then ended up waiting almost 2 hours anyway. Lots of empty promises but no results. such a waste of time, there are much quicker sites out there I'd recommend over this one When they came to the island finally he just stood there for soooooo long without dropping any items. this is soo unprofessional. Also there were no freebies even though i made a big order. On other sites they always give away gold nuggets and nmt.\ Safe to say im never purchasing from here again Jul 15, 2024
